Terms and Conditions Please read the following text which constitutes a subscriber agreement between backlinkedu.com (herein referred to as BacklinkEdu) and the reader of this agreement (referred to as the user). Failure to do so does not invalidate the terms stated below. Agreement By registering for an account at BacklinkEdu and/or using the services made available to the user by BacklinkEdu, the user acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following conditions stated in this document. The user also agrees to only use this service where not in breach of any applicable law or regulation. This agreement is void where prohibited by law and the services made available by BacklinkEdu may not be accessed by users affected by such jurisdictions. This agreement will automatically be considered terminated upon the user's failure to comply with the conditions mentioned herein or on written notice from an authorized representative of BacklinkEdu. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement at any time and to change the conditions under which it is offered. Registered users will receive prior notification to change of this agreement via e-mail and/or notification on the BacklinkEdu website. Continuance of usage of the services made available by BacklinkEdu after notification of alterations to this agreement signifies the user's acceptance of these modified terms. Failure to read or view any of these changes does not make those changes invalid. Termination of the license due to non-compliance will not result in any refunds of any software licensing or subscription fees. The user agrees that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between the user and BacklinkEdu and supersedes and cancels any previous written or oral agreement, communications or other understandings relating to the subject matter of this agreement. Licensing BacklinkEdu may change, suspend or discontinue the services made available via the BacklinkEdu software (or the user's access thereto) at any time, including the availability of any feature, link or content, without notice or liability. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights of the software made available to the user by BacklinkEdu remains property of BacklinkEdu at all times. The software is protected by international copyright laws and treaties. The user may not modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer software downloaded from or made available by BacklinkEdu unless given written permission from an authorized representative of BacklinkEdu or the software is released by BacklinkEdu as Open Source under the GNU/GPL license. BacklinkEdu does not accept any responsibility for any derived works or imitations. Title and related rights in the content generated through the software (hyperlinks) is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This license gives BacklinkEdu no rights to or responsibility for such content. Usage The software and services are made available on an as-is basis and no warranty is offered. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is borne by you. Should the software prove defective, you and not AutomaticBacklinks assume the entire cost of any service and repair. BacklinkEdu asumes no responsibility for any delay, downtime or any other error caused by the installation of our link display code or the use of our services. The user asumes all responsibility for the use of the service. The user agrees to comply with the technical specifications provided by BacklinkEdu to enable proper display of links in connection with the services made available. The user may not permit third parties to use the software unless in accordance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The user bears all responsibility of use of their account by a third party. The software and/or associated services made available by BacklinkEdu may not be used in such a way as to condone or encourage terrorism, promote or provide pirated software or content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party or any other form of illegal or damaging activity. BacklinkEdu accepts no responsibility for site(s) linking to/from inappropriate or incorrectly categorized content. BacklinkEdu accepts no responsibility for the content of the sites that display or receive links. The user certifies that the user not an employee, owner or affiliate of any search engine. The user may not use the software and services as a resource for gathering data related to other users, including, but not limited to, the collection of which websites / URLs or persons/organizations are using the BacklinkEdu services. Such usage would be deemed illegal and in breach of this licensing agreement and would be followed by appropriate legal action on behalf of BacklinkEdu. The user may not submit a website to use the services made available by BacklinkEdu if said website utilizes “Black Hat” search engine optimization techniques including but not limited to the following: *
Display of different content to search engines than to other visitors
BacklinkEdu accepts no responsibility for any unwanted or unexpected effects of using its services including but not limited to adverse search engine optimization results or punishment by search engines. The user agrees to direct to BacklinkEdu and not to any link requester or link publisher, as the case may be, all communications regarding any matter arising from use of the services.
